Aaron Jon Gripentrog

Aaron Jon Gripentrog, 40, passed away unexpectedly from health complications on October 11, 2020 at his home in Curtiss, Wisconsin. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Zion United Methodist Church (2106 N Peach Ave) in Marshfield. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the church on Saturday. Mask are Required for everyone interested in attending.  The services will be live-streamed on the church's website for those unable to make it. Aaron was born to Jon and Bonnie Gripentrog on November 2, 1979 in Marshfield, Wisconsin. He married Nikki Haralson on September 22, 2001, enjoying every year with her. 

Aaron graduated from Marshfield Senior High in 1998 and was the starting fullback on the state champion Marshfield Tigers football team in 1997. He was the proud owner of his construction business, MAAN Construction. MAAN is an acronym for his children, Mason, Allie, Adyn, Nevyn. Aaron put his family first in everything he did. Aaron and his family attended Zion United Methodist Church in Marshfield, WI.

Aaron will certainly be remembered by his fun and sarcastic sense of humor. He was well liked by everyone who knew him. Most importantly he will be remembered as a dedicated and caring husband and father.  Aaron could be found spending time outdoors with his family, building, making maple syrup and taking care of his chickens and bees.  Words cannot express how much love and joy he brought to so many lives. While his time here has been cut short, the drive, passion, commitment, and perseverance he instilled in his entire family will live on throughout their lifetimes.

Aaron is lovingly survived by his wife, Nikki (Haralson); his four children Allie, Mason, Adyn and Nevyn; his mother Bonnie, brother Jamie (Melissa) Gripentrog, sister Kristi (Andy) Wolf; mother-in-law Juline (Chuck) Heiting; father-in-law Dean Haralson; sister-in-law Carey (Brad) Strobel and his 7 nieces and nephews.  Aaron was preceded in death by his father Jon David.

Above all, Aaron was a kind and generous man who placed great value in his family.  He will be missed tremendously.
