Allen E. Rottscheit

Allen Edward Rottscheit age 83 of Spencer passed away early Monday morning on November 4th, 2024, at the House of The Dove in Marshfield. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday December 14th at the Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home at 1010 E Veterans Pkwy in Marshfield. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on December 14th. Allen was born September 9th, 1941, the son of Edgar and Evelyn Ausbourne. He met his loving wife Sally in California until she passed away on March 1st, 2007.  Allen was also a member of The United States Marine Corps and served from October 9th, 1958, to October 10th, 1962. Allen was also a truck driver for many years and to some that was his most memorable trait. In his spare time, Allen loved to spend time with family, sit outside, and share stories. Those that knew Allen best will miss his charm, sense of humor, and his love of Busch Light. Allen is lovingly survived by his daughters Theresa and Michelle; his grandkids Bradley and Amanda as well as John and Dylan among many others, both family and friends. He will truly be missed. Allen is preceded in death by his parents: Edgar and Evelyn; his siblings Eileen, Edward, and Bill; and his son Don Rottscheit. Those wishing to express their sympathy are encouraged to do so to his daughters Theresa and Michelle Rottscheit and his grandson John Rottscheit.
