Carl Knapp

Carl L Knapp, age 68, passed away Feb 11, 2022, at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A memorial service will be held on March 4, 2022, at Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home, 1010 E. Veterans Pkwy. in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm followed by services.

Carl was born Feb. 26, 1953. in Marshfield, WI, the son of Lois E Lindquist and Deward E Knapp. He attended Pittsville elementary and graduated from Pittsville high school in 1971. After high school, he worked for Weyerhaeuser/Marshfield Door. Carl married the love of his life, Susan. They spent many years together but finally split. They talked and were friend till the day he passed.

In his spare time, he enjoyed horseshoes, pool, fishing, playing games, and playing cards with family. Those that knew Carl the best will miss talking with him and getting advice when you need it. They will also miss all his stories and memories.

Carl is lovingly survived by his ex-wife, Susan; his two sons, Nathan, Jeremy and their families. He is also survived by six grandchildren: Dawson, Cheyanne, Jaden, Lyanna, Layla and Bryson. Carl is further survived by three brothers: Ron, Doug and Steve. Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Lois and Deward; as well as his brother, Gene. He will be truly missed and loved.
