Debra L (Johnsrud) Ponshock

Debra L Ponshock, 54, of Marshfield, WI, passed away late Thursday, December 18th at Marshfield Hospital in Marshfield, WI. Surrounded by her family and friends. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM on Monday, December 29th and the funeral to follow at 11:00 AM at Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home & Cremation Center (1010 E Veterans Pkwy) in Marshfield, WI.

Deb was born October 4th, 1971, in Marshfield, WI to Mike Johnsrud and Arlene (Holland) Johnsrud. She graduated from Marshfield High School in 1990. September 7th, 1996, Deb was united in marriage to the love of her life Aaron Ponshock at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Hewitt.

Deb was the light of her family’s life. Often leading their paths and helping them find their way.  She was a beautiful soul that touched the lives of many. In her spare time, she enjoyed kayaking, spending time with family, and singing. She especially enjoyed feeding her deer herd at the cabin.  Those that knew Deb best will miss her presence, smile, and love of togetherness.

Deb is lovingly survived by her parents: Mike and Arlene Johnsrud of Marshfield, WI Husband: Aaron Ponshock; children: Adam Ponshock and Indya Ponshock of Marshfield, WI and Autumn Hutchens of Madison, WI; siblings: Brian Johnsrud of Philips, WI.

Deb is preceded in death by her sister Laura Johnsrud.

Deb will be truly missed.
