Erik F. Johnsrud

Erik F. Johnsrud, age 32, of Arpin, WI, passed away early Saturday, July 2, 2022 in Black River Falls on the ATV Trails in Jackson County. Memorial Services will be held 4:00pm - 7:00pm, July, 15th, Friday, at Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home (1010 E Veterans Parkway) Marshfield.

Erik was born May 9, 1990, the son of Randy Johnsrud and Debi Johnsrud (Kroening). Born in Anchorage, AK. He graduated from Auburndale High School in 2008.  

Erik was a veteran of Wisconsin Army National Guard & served in Iraq with Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was also a member of the Millwrights Local 1056.

In Erik’s spare time he enjoyed spending time with anything having to with the outdoors, hunting, and cooking. He especially enjoyed coming together with his friends. Those that knew Erik best and will miss his company are Myles Hilgart, Justin Crist, Garitt Ponshock , Jeff Baker, Matt Keuffer, Dan Immerfall, and many more. The greatest part of Erik’s day was with his best friend & daughter Grace, he truly enjoyed watching her grow into the amazing person she is.

Erik is lovingly survived by his Daughter Grace Lee Johnsrud, age 8; former Wife Jenna Panzer; Mother Debi Johnsrud; Siblings: Corina Johnsrud & Aileen Johnsrud. He will truly be missed.

Erik is preceded in death by his father: Randy Johnsrud; as well as his brother: Logan Johnsrud.
