Harriet Kiehl-Tieman, age 82, of Marshfield, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 10, 2021 at The House of the Dove in Marshfield. Harriet was born July 12, 1938, the daughter of Emil and Esther (Marks) Mueller in Arpin, WI. She graduated from Auburndale High School in 1956.
She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church for many years. In her spare time she enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and gardening. She also liked to take care of her yard, mowing her lawn on her John Deere tractor. She had met many four-legged friends, and their owners, on the walking path near her home. She loved cocktail hour, better known to her as a “wingding”, as well as spending time at the lake.
Harriet is lovingly survived by her sister in-law, Darnell Ziegahn (Steve); her daughter in-law, Julie Underdahl (Deron); stepdaughter Sally (Cliff); and stepson Mike. Harriet is further survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as other family and friends.
Harriet was preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Esther; her brother, David Mueller; and her dear husbands, Darrell Kiehl and Earl Tieman. She was also preceded in death by her loving dog, Patches.
Memorials may be made to a humane society of your choice in Harriet’s name.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to House of the Dove and the Compassus
