Janet LaPointe Obituary

Janet M. LaPointe, age 76, of Marshfield, passed away early Sunday, February 22, 2026 at the House of the Dove in Marshfield. As per her wishes there will be no visitation nor celebration of life.

Janet was born January 20, 1950 to Ellis and Margaret VanHorn. Janet is lovingly survived by her husband: Tom; daughter: Kathy Rietz of Marshfield; stepdaughters: Kimberly (Dan) Zimmerman of Stratford, and Kelly LaPointe of Richfield, MN.; as well as, step grandchildren: Jack, Bethany, and Cora. She is further survived by a brother: Mike in Colorado.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents as well as her brother: Jim of Florida.
