Kristine L. Boushon

Kristine Lois Boushon, age 66, Passed away peacefully at the VitaCare Living Center, in Stratford, WI on February 28 surrounded by family. Kris was the oldest of five siblings, she was born on October 9, 1958. 

Daughter of Don and Val Boushon and sister to: Gary, Mike, Cheryl and Lori.

Kris was raised in Chili, WI and lived at home with her parents until they all were moved into assisted living in Stratford in 2019.

Kris never married nor had any children of her own, however she played a very important role in the lives of all her nieces and nephews. Kris loved life and enjoyed nature, crafting and spending time with her loved ones, always visiting with family and friends. She dedicated the last 10ish years of her life to taking care of her parents, both while they were still at home and after moving to the living center where they all three lived together up until their deaths. 

Kris is survived by her brother, Gary (Danielle) Boushon her sister, Lori (Garey) Plymesser her nephews, Ryan (Ginger) Langreck, Shaun Langreck and Aaron Plymesser her nieces, Jennifer (Eric) Kummer, Amanda (Jacob) Oliver, Crystal (Pat) Loftus, Irlene (Tim) Schoolman and Megan (Justin) Genteman and many great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Don Boushon mother, Val Boushon brother, Mike Boushon sister Cheryl Boushon and great nephew Alex Oliver.

The funeral service will be held at Christ Lutheran church in Chili, WI on March 16th at 3pm.

We will put her to rest at Yolo cemetery following the service.
