Mitchell Francis Poremba

Mitchell Francis Poremba, age 33, of South Elgin, IL, passed away July 3, 2025, in Mosinee, WI.

Mitchell was born August 20, 1991, in Hoffman Estates, IL to Scott and Susan (Miller) Poremba. He attended Warren High School in Gurnee, IL, graduating May 22, 2010.

In Mitch’s spare time he enjoyed trips “Up North” to go fishing year-round. He had a passion for cooking and grilling for gatherings, and most of all he enjoyed just being with family and friends, he was always down for a good time. Those who knew Mitch best will miss his gregarious character and his irresistible laugh. He loved the company of others and showered unforgettable hugs on anyone he loved. He had a passion for life and a love of the great outdoors.

Mitch is survived by parents: Scott and Susan Poremba of Mosinee, WI; sister: Kylie (Connor) Ashley of Louisville, KY; Brother: Cal Poremba of Daytona Beach, FL, Grandma Miller of South Elgin, IL. Mitchell is preceded in death by his grandparents, Papa and Grandma P and Grandpa Miller.

A memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday July 19, 2025, with a Celebration of Life to follow at White Deer Run Golf Club 250 W. Greggs Parkway Vernon Hills, IL 60061.
