Pamela Cox age 64, died Wednesday, July 6 at her home in Marshfield, WI after a tough and courageous fight with cancer. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, July 11, 2022 at Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home (1010 E Veterans Parkwy) Marshfield. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home on Monday.
Pam was born to John and Deloris (Miller) Genteman on December 23, 1957. She graduated from Marshfield High School in 1976. Pam married her adoring husband, Steve, at the Little Brown Church In The Vale in Nashua, IA on May 5, 1979. Together they raised two children, Stephanie and Nicholas. Pam worked at the Marshfield Clinic for several years as a lithographic editor and insurance coordinator and was proud to serve her community as a Census Field Supervisor for the Census Bureau. She also enjoyed creating CD cover artwork for projects recorded at her husband’s recording studio.
Pam, a woman of unwavering faith, was a devoted grandmother to her five, soon to be six, grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Steve Cox; children Stephanie Masanz (Jason Betlinski) and Nicholas Cox (Candice); mother, Deloris Genteman; brother, David Genteman; grandchildren, Cheyenne Masanz, Shania Masanz, MaKyle Masanz, Trevin Lemmons, Casen Lemmons; great-grandchildren, Case Masanz, Rhyett Schmidtke, Letty Schmidtke, Daniel Kohl, Oliver Masanz, Luca Masanz-Veers, Kiloh Frenn; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, John Genteman and sister, Lisa Dix.
