Valeria "Volly" Hendrickson

Valeria A. “Volly” Hendrickson, age 80, of Spencer, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2023, at the House of the Dove in Marshfield.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023, beginning at 9:30 a.m., with a memorial service at 11:00 a.m., and luncheon to follow, at the Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home (1010 E. Veterans Pkwy. in Marshfield).

Volly was born Oct. 22, 1942, the daughter of Frank and Mayme (Schmutzer) Smazal in Milladore. She was a graduate of Auburndale High School. In 1964, Volly was united in marriage to Gary Hendrickson.

In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping, being outside in her garden and taking care of her plants. She especially enjoyed taking her dog “Ralph” for car rides.

Volly is lovingly survived by her husband, Gary; and children, Dan and Teri. She will truly be missed.
